Hello North Shore Family,

As you may already know, there are a number of projects that need to be completed in the coming months. The two that have come to the forefront of our minds is the need for new Sound System speakers and a remodeled Stage. Our current speakers that have been installed since the late 80s have failed a couple months ago and are unsuitable for our purposes. In the meantime, the youth department has graciously lent their portable speakers meant for small rooms to us to use in order for the church to continue to have amplified service. Our choir loft portion of the stage on the other hand, is falling apart and we need to remodel it so it can be used safely and effectively. The good news is that we have a bit of a head start in fundraising for both these projects. The church board has already moved $20,000 into the New Projects Fund. So please remember to help by donating to the New Projects Fund today.

If every member donated $10 per week for the next 4 months, we'd have enough to lock the price and submit an order. So please donate at the QR code on the screen, through the Adventist Giving app, or by putting cash or a cheque in the donation envelope located on the bench in front of you and writing down “New Projects Fund”.

The New Projects Fund is the best place to donate because it acts as a revolving door for any large scale projects happening at North Shore, now including the speaker and stage projects, but in the future could include a Sabbath School Room or Bathroom Remodel Project! This New Projects Fund guarantees that any excess money raised does not get stuck in an unused account and gets used for the next important project right away.
